Elsa’s Kittens 2016: Fotinia – Falassii – Filofei

We are not currently accepting new reservations. We will reevaluate our list in late fall.

Our tested litters are placed with waitlist families by allergen level once we have the lab results. In other words, families don’t reserve a certain kitten. Instead, if a kitten is, for example, very low, he’ll be offered to the family highest on the list who needs very low.

Zizi x Sullivan Dostoyevsky — DOB 05/19/26
Zizi had two handsome mackerel tabby boys — Ravioli and Remington! We’ll be testing them in August. These are 3-week photos, still a little uncertain of the world, with those darling floppy ears. Eight/nine-week photos soon! Host: Kennedy Family.

Opal x Deedlebugs Sikorsky — DOB 06/07/26
Three males (black with white boots, mackerel, colorpoint) and one female colorpoint kitten! Left to Right: Seal, Styx, Sinead, Sting. This is her first litter. Four-week photos soon…. Opal is extremely low, and we anticipate (tested) L/VL/EL kittens. Host: Kieren Porter

Topaz x Deedlebugs Sikorsky — DOB 06/30/26
This was Topaz’s first litter. Two kittens. One has black markings with red on the head and upper back; the other is a darker version of Topaz. Both of them have very distinct markings — can’t wait to see how they develop! We’ll be testing this litter in late September/early August, and anticipate L/VL/EL kittens. Host: Starr Family

Sienna x Deedlebugs Sikorsky
Sienna is another dark sunshine tabby. You can expect to see red/cream and/or black/grey with the potential for sunshine (aka golden). Her kittens could be tabbies, colorpoints, or torbies, and could have white. We will be testing this litter and expect low allergen levels. Sienna’s kittens are due in mid July. Host: A. Starr

Upcoming Matings.
“The best laid plans o’ mice and men…” We’ve had a few years of unproductive sires and false pregnancies. However, I’m excited to announce that we’ve replaced with an Angara Siberians two-year-old, the extremely low son of an extremely low grand champion. We’ve also brought in a breeding-age very low queen from Angara to replace an older queen; we plan to breed her late this year to Sikorsky.

Kira’s first kittens were the gorgeous Q litter. We’ll breed her again later this year.

You can see photos of our breeding queens and sires here.
